Custom Client Portal Development for Service Businesses
Your client should not need detective skills to find the upload link. I build client portals that keep requests, files, approvals, and progress in one place, with a clear next step for everyone.

When it fits
For agencies, consultancies, and service teams whose onboarding or delivery is slowed by missing files, repeated status questions, and approvals scattered across email.
After an agreement is signed, a client opens their own onboarding workspace. They see the required information, upload the right files, and approve a deliverable. Your team sees what is complete, what is blocked, and who should follow up. This is an example of a possible first scope, not a prebuilt package.
What we can build
A focused home for the information, requests, or decisions your client needs to provide.
Sign-in and permissions so clients only see the records intended for them, with roles tested before launch.
A shared view of submissions, approvals, blockers, and ownership rather than a second checklist to keep updated manually.
An agreed connection to the tools you keep, plus a walkthrough and documentation for your team.
Scope and success
Start with onboarding, document collection, or a single approval workflow. Billing, complex external-user roles, sensitive data, and large file libraries can change the scope and operating requirements; we review them before committing.
Compare the time from signed agreement to ready-to-start, the number of follow-up emails per client, and how often clients need to ask for a status update.
You receive a clear scope and proposal before kickoff, with 50% to start and 50% after handoff. It includes launch, training, documentation, and 30 days of stabilization. Hosting, provider charges, ongoing maintenance, and new features are separate. Read the full scope and delivery terms.
Yes. The interface is designed around your business and clients, including the language, visual identity, and steps they need to understand.
Access is designed to keep each client’s records separate. Permissions and attempts to access another client’s records are part of the launch checks. The exact role model is agreed during planning.
Where the provider supports the needed integration, yes. We check account access, API capabilities, provider fees, and failure handling before including it in the agreed build.
